Holstein USA offers new Genomic Testing Options

A new generation of genomic testing has arrived! Holstein USA has released two new tests and made genomic testing a more affordable option for breeders. The new 3K SNP test is the least expensive, while still providing a sizeable increase in reliability over Parent Averages. The 50K SNP test is a more advanced test and is what the majority of animals have been tested under up to this point. The 800K test is the most advanced and would be used only on the most elite animals.
