Scientific Holsteins takes home Champion Honors
Congratulations to the Nunes family of Scientific Holsteins who took home both Intermediate and Grand Champion honors at the recent Wisconsin District I Holstein Show. Capturing top honors as Grand Champion of Show was Scientific Lipstick Rae-ET EX-92 (Durham x Chantilly Lace) and winning Intermediate Champion of Show was Miss Deuce Rose Marie VG-85 (SS Deuce x Gibson Rosemary).

Successful classification for Gillette Farms! Four new Excellents, eight Very Good two-year-olds including a Goldwyn from Dundee Sunshine made VG-86 points just 3 days fresh! 2nd Snooze (Planet x 2nd Sleep) scored VG-86 just 18 days fresh! And 2nd Sleep got her 89 points while 2nd Motivation moved up to 88 points

Located near the beautiful shores of Prince Edward Island, Eastside Holsteins is known worldwide for prominent cow families and winners on the tanbark. Eastside Lewisdale Gold Missy attracted many fans back in 2008 winning the junior two-year-old class at World Dairy Expo. Missy went on to win again in 2009 and later sold for $1.2 million. This impressive family continues to be a spotlight of Eastside.

Licorice sells in International Intrigue!
Just in... Rockymountain Talent Licorice-ET has been added to the line-up selling at the 2011 International Intrigue at Blondin Farms. Licorice captured grand champion honors at both the NY Spring International Holstein Show and the Quebec Spring Show this year and was All-Canadian in 2010 and Intermediate Champion of the Royal Winter Fair in 2009.
