Benner Planet Bessie, the #1 GLPI+3188 Planet daughter in Canada sell on July 7 on the RockyMountain High Sale! Her dam, Mapel Wood Baxter Bethany VG-2YR-CAN GLPI+2987, is the #1 Baxter daughter in Canada and from the great Shottle Bombi and Gypsy Grand family.

Selling on the RockyMountain High Sale, Thursday, July 7 is an embryo package of two Snowman x Comestar Lautella Goldwyn VG-87-CAN (#13 GLPI+2891 4/11). Also selling three Snowman embryos from the high type EK-WW Alexander Eliza-ET GTPI+2121 PTAT+4.11, an Alexander granddaughter of Emilyann. These are the only Snowman embryos from Eliza, there are not any pregs or transfers. She is pregnant and due at 1-10 in December.

Elite Genetics bring high prices on National Convention Sale
The demand for elite Holstein genetics proved to be very high at tonight's 2011 National Holstein Convention Sale managed by The Cattle Exchange, Landis Marketing & Daniel Brandt, co-mgrs. and hosted by the Virginia Holstein Association. The unofficial average of the sale was a commanding $14,774. High seller of the sale at $66,000 was the beautiful Apple clone, a junior two-year old for 2011 and sold due in July. Selling for $46,000 and the second high seller of the night was Lot 17 the +2529 GTPI Observer daughter from Leaderwin Jeeves Mace, the #1 milking Jeeves daughter in the United States.
