Fantastic May for the Cosmopolitans!
The Larcrest Cosmopolitan family keeps impressing. This week the family delivered the new No. 1 GTPI sire in the breed, DG Charley scores GTPI+2826 (preliminary numbers) and is a Cogent Supershot son from the Mogul daughter of Larcrest Cale VG-89-2YR DOM. A week earlier the family delivered a GTPI+2684 Supershot son from a Headliner granddaughter of Larcrest Cosmopolitan, who also has two full sisters over GTPI+2600. Also in North America the family keeps delivering fantastic results, during the May run Sandy-Valley Cloud Nine topped the charts with a dazzling GTPI+2767 and the No. 2 of the May run was a Powerball granddaughter of Larcrest Cale who scored GTPI+2758! From the same maternal line as Cloud Nine was the No. 3 GTPI bull of the May run, Sandy-Valley Crackshot GTPI+2719 while the No. 2 GTPI bull of the May run was a Supershot son of Larcrest Cardigan (Numero Uno x Larcrest Cale).
Oakfield Corners Spring Sensation Sale Highlights
The Oakfield Corners Spring Sensation Sale was a tremendous success, averaging $14,509.00 over 74 lots. Lots sold to 20 different states and Canada. The sale featured two heifers over GTPI+2700. Lot 11 sired by Mr Mogul Delta 1427 from the Gold Missy family sold for $190,000 and Lot 94 a Supershot daughter with GTPI+2708 and 73 Protein from the Ravens sold for $175,000.
