Midwest Fall National Champions Named
170 Holsteins paraded before Judge Chad Ryan at yesterday's Midwest Fall National Holstein Show. The winning four-year-old, Craigcrest Rubies Gold Rejoice-ET, was also named Senior Champion and Grand Champion of the show. Rejoice is owned by Craigcrest Holsteins, Wis. The reserve senior and reserve grand champion went to the winning aged cow, Jen-D Devil Tiffany-Red, owned by Stranshome and Dingbaum. Intermediate Champion honors and Honorable Mention Grand Champion was the winning senior three-year-old, Garay Alexandar Destiny, owned by Duckett Holsteins. READ MORE

Scientific wins Intermediate Champion in Minnesota
Katrinas Debonair Allie-Red VG-87-2YR was the winning senior two-year-old at today's Minnesota State Red & White Show and was later named Intermediate Champion of the Open Show and Reserve Grand Champion of the Junior Show. Allie is a Debonair from a VG SS Deuce and backed by the Dreamstreet Enhancer Alicia family. Scientific also took home Honorable Mention Intermediate Champion with the second prize senior two-year-old, Fancypants Hopeful Rae-Red (Director x VG Scientific SS Hyacinth x Raes Hope). Junior Champions named at Minnesota State Fair
Maternal sisters, Stranshome Simply-Red-ET (Contender x Quality-Ridge Ruben Sandy) and Stranshome Sparx Fly-Red-ET (Redliner x Quality-Ridge Ruben Sandy) were name junior and reserve junior champion of the 2013 Minnesota State Red & White Show, respectively. Congratulations!
