Holstein Plaza welcomes Ella van den Oord
Ella van den Oord has joined the Holstein Plaza team as marketing intern. “Ella will be a great asset to the Holstein Plaza team as we continue to build marketing opportunities for our membership and grow our online embryo auctions and online heifer sales,” said Jennifer Dingbaum, Holstein Plaza editor. “She brings knowledge and can provide a different view from her studies and growing up on her families’ farm. Making us very excited to have Ella on board.”
Ella studied Sales and Marketing at the University of Caen in France. She has assisted with sales in Netherlands, France, Canada and Germany and also helps manage the annual Drakkar Sale that takes place on her family farm.
Born in Normandie, northwest France, Ella started her involvement in her families’ dairy farm at a very young age. She looks forward to continuing to grow and develop as a young professional in the dairy industry and learn more about the North American marketplace.
