Genomic Young Sire daughters Top Female Genomic Run
The Holstein Association released the the results of the September genomic testing. The results are for animals tested with the 50K Chip, as the 3K Chip is still considered unofficial. The Genomic Young Sires were very visible in this months run. Seven of the top 10 animals are sired by Genomic Young Sires. A Robust daughter coming out on top at 2484 followed by a Domain daughter at 2393.
Heifers from abroad also show up high in the testing with the third high heifer a Jeeves daughter coming form The Netherlands. The Wills Bros from the UK also have some animals in the top 200. Below are the animals that have a GTPI from 2200 and above.
