The Canyon Breeze Elite II Sale was wrapped up on Friday, August 6th at Gillins Dairy in Minersville, UT. The sale average on 77 lots was $3,364 with a gross of $259,000.
Ferme Jolicap Inc. purchased the top lot for $15,500—Lot 35, a First Choice Female out of Ronelee Toystory Darva (VG-87) x AltaRoss. Darva is a Toystory daughter out of the popular Ronelee Outside Dabble-ET (EX-91) and a full brother to the high genomic-testing young sire, Domain. Sherman Polinder of Lynden, WA, was the consignor.
The second high seller was Lot 34, a First Choice Female from six pregnancies due in February out of Morningview Shtl Alana-ET (VG-88) x Observer. Alana, sired by Shottle and out of Canyon-Breeze Fin Aisha-ET (VG-88), completes six generations of VG or EX from the famous Abigail family. Justin Helgerson of Decorah, IA paid $9,200 for the choice, which was consigned by Walt, Brent, and Jason Wessel of Greeley, IA.
In a tie for the second high seller, Ferme Jolicap also paid $9,200 for Lot 36, a First Choice Female from five pregnancies due in September out of Nova-TMJ Golden Echo-ETS (VG-88) x Bronco. Echo is the daughter of UFM-Dubs Eroy (VG-87), sired by Goldwyn, is a sixth generation VG or EX, and, between her & her five full sisters, carries several embryo and AI contracts. The lot was consigned by Nova & Friends Syndicate of New Richmond, WI.
