AMS Genetics International, LLC has hired Kelli Carstensen as sales support/embryo export coordinator for their international business of embryo import and export services. In this role, she will coordinate import and export shipping and paperwork including all logistics. Kelli also gained invaluable knowledge and connections as a member of the 2nd Class of National Jersey Youth Academy and currently serves a second term as the 2nd Alternate National Jersey Queen. Kelli was also very active in FFA and Collegiate dairy cattle judging. She was a member of the 2009 CA State FFA Champion team, also 2nd at the National FFA Contest, and competed internationally in Scotland and Luxemburg in the summer of 2010. She interned with Accelerated Genetics last summer as one of the Genetic Services intern, working to locate, evaluate, and picture young sire daughters for the August 2012 proof release. Her passion and experience with dairy cattle coupled with her work ethic and communication skills make her an exciting addition to the AMS Genetics International team.
